The chef's blade is modeled after a classic Western knife and is suitable for all types of cutting and slicing tasks. The blade is made of 9Cr18MoV steel, which combines corrosion resistance, toughness, and edge retention. It features our signature cutouts, which save material (and weight) at the widest point of the blade without compromising performance or comfort when applying pressure to the spine. The cutouts also provide a slight protrusion, allowing you to open the blade with your thumb.

The handle of this knife is made of light beechwood and is robust and simple. Its shape is designed for a comfortable and secure grip, accommodating a variety of hand positions. It is curved at the balance point, allowing for a smooth transition between the handle and the blade. The clasps are flush-mounted, eliminating any distracting bumps, and we have minimized the number of holes that tend to collect dirt. The closed top of the handle provides a comfortable and secure grip. The ratio between the handle and blade allows for full blade utilization while providing ample clearance to prevent your knuckles from hitting the cutting edge.

The frame features a liner lock, ensuring a very secure blade opening. The Elite Edition knives include a custom leather sheath with a belt loop. Designed in the USA.
