• Part-time accountant (20-30 hours per week)

Your tasks:

• Independent processing of ongoing financial accounting (accounts receivable, creditors, general ledger accounts)
• Monitoring and processing of payment transactions as well as carrying out the dunning process.
• Preparation and support for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Preparation of VAT returns and other tax declarations
• Account reconciliation and maintenance, as well as the execution of bookings.
• Processing of travel expense reports
• Contact person for internal and external partners (e.g. tax advisors, auditors)

Your profile:

• Successfully completed commercial training with a focus on finance and accounting or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in accounting, ideally in a medium-sized company
• Proficient use of common accounting software (e.g. DATEV, SAP or similar software)
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Sound knowledge of German tax law and accounting (HGB)
• Careful, structured and independent work style
• Good communication skills and team orientation
• Flexible working hours (between 20 and 30 hours per week)
