Important instructions

We mainly handle PUMA Gold items .

Due to high demand, the processing time is currently about 8 to 12 weeks.

• Every repair includes a thorough cleaning and professional refurbishment, so that your knife is back in top condition.

• For shipments from non-EU countries: Please include a CN23 form , correctly completed and clearly affixed to the package. This will help you avoid customs delays and ensure smooth shipping.
