Please send meaningful photos of your knife by email to info@pumaknives.de. This allows us to quickly and reliably assess the effort required.
2. Receive an offer
After reviewing your images, you will receive a transparent and non-binding cost estimate from us.
3. Send your knife insured
If you agree, please send your knife insured to:

Important notes
- The current processing time is approximately 8 to 12 weeks.
- We may refuse to repair heavily soiled knives, and they will be returned at the customer's expense. Upon request, we can clean your knife beforehand for up to €25.
- Every repair includes a thorough cleaning and professional reconditioning.
- For shipments from third countries, please attach a CN23 form clearly visible on the outside.
