The nCamp Food Prep Knife is a premium knife designed to enhance your outdoor cooking experience. It is made for those who venture into the backcountry, but also for everyday use: grilling in the backyard or park, picnics, and even daily use in the kitchen (at home or at a cabin).

The chef blade is modeled after a classic western utility knife, suitable for all types of cuts and slices. The Damascus blade is made from 10Cr15MoV steel, striking a balance between beauty, corrosion resistance, and toughness, while providing a very sharp edge. It features our signature cutouts, which reduce material (and weight) at the widest point of the blade without compromising performance or comfort under pressure on the spine. They also offer a slight advantage for thumb-flicking the blade open.

The handle of this knife is made from dark walnut wood, which is both robust and beautiful. The handle is shaped to fit comfortably and securely in the hand, allowing for a variety of grip styles. It is curved at the balance point, allowing for a smooth transition between handle and blade. The fasteners are flush-mounted, so there are no annoying bumps, and we have minimized the holes that tend to collect dirt. The top of the handle is closed, making it comfortable to hold and very stable. The ratio between handle and blade allows for full use of the blade and provides enough clearance to prevent your knuckles from hitting the cutting surface.

The frame features a liner-lock, which makes the blade very secure when open. The Elite Edition Knives include a custom leather sheath with a belt loop. Designed in the USA.
