Maximum Flexibility.
Maximum Sharpness.
The HORL®2 is the latest technological benchmark in the HORL®roller sharpener family. Two sharpening angles and interchangeable sharpening discs ensure maximum flexibility. Press-fit assembly and integrated ball bearings create an entirely new, play-free rolling feel. The ceramic coating on the honing side guarantees impressive sharpening results for the perfect cut.

Diamond
Sharpening Disc
The HORL®Diamond Standard is the ideal surface for efficiently sharpening all knife steels of any hardness without water. The grit size of 46 μm allows for optimal sharpening results and guarantees a long lifespan.
Ceramic
Honing Disc
After processing with the HORL®Diamond Standard, the ceramic honing disc significantly refines the sharpening result. Just a few movements are sufficient. The result is a smooth, clean, and perfectly sharpened knife edge.
20° Sharpening Angle
for stable sharpness
The 20° sharpening angle is the ultimate all-purpose weapon in the fight against dull knives. It provides even many pocket knives with a stable edge and excellent sharpness for daily use.
15° Sharpening Angle
for maximum sharpness
With the 15° sharpening angle, particularly fine blades made of Damascus and high-quality carbon steel achieve maximum sharpness. These knife edges can be ground very finely while maintaining their stability.
High-caliber
Efficiency
The HORL®Diamond Standard is the most durable and efficient abrasive on the market. The monocrystalline diamonds are harder than any knife steel and are fixed in a nickel bed by approximately 55% using an electroplating process.
The Magnetic Sharpening Guide
The secret to the perfect angle
The combination of strong neodymium magnets and the HORL®S-Pad allows for secure fixation of the knife during sharpening. Reinforced by the anti-slip effect of the S-Pad, even small blades can be sharpened consistently and reproducibly at the desired height.
