Product description

Diamond grinding side & stainless steel honing side
The HORL diamond is one of the most durable and hardest abrasives on the market. Its unique design ensures fast yet precise results. The stainless steel honing side smooths the cutting edge after sharpening and removes burrs and any remaining material particles with its integrated grooves.
Constant grinding angle. Exact results.
The preset 15° sharpening angle of the magnetic sharpening guide is the perfect combination of stability and sharpness. Once the 15° angle is established, you can sharpen your knife with just a few strokes. Your knife is always automatically held at the exact 15° sharpening angle. This means less material removal and faster results. The HORL magnetic sharpening guide has two sides for all knife sizes, from small paring knives to large chef's knives.
Roll sander: h 85 mm, Ø 55 mm
