Product description
Franz-Albrecht zu Oettingen-Spielberg – Hunting tradition meets modern practice
Franz-Albrecht zu Oettingen-Spielberg, born on September 16, 1982, in Munich, comes from the long-established noble family of Oettingen-Spielberg. From a young age, he was exposed to hunting through his father – a passionate hunter and successful shooter in the Olympic Trap discipline. He developed a high degree of marksmanship and hunting precision early on.
His great passion is driven hunting, especially for wild boar. With his exceptional shooting technique, his instinct for game, and his strong hunting ethics, he has made a name for himself throughout Europe. Today he is considered one of the best-known and most experienced hunters in Europe, combining tradition with modern hunting methods.
FAOS explains his decision to choose the PUMA hunting pocket knife as follows: "As an additional backup, I always carry the PUMA hunting pocket knife (item no. 210311). Especially when hunting roe deer, which often involves stalking, long waits in a hunting blind, or trips abroad, this compact multi-purpose knife proves to be an invaluable tool. With its blade, gutting blade, saw, and corkscrew, it offers everything a hunter needs on the go. It's easy to carry, quick to use, and covers many smaller tasks – from making a quick cut and butchering branches to handling game in everyday hunting situations."
This exceptional Franz-Abrecht zu Oettingen-Spielberg (FAOS) edition includes the PUMA hunting pocket knife with a cognac-colored leather sheath and snap closure. The FAOS logo and individual numbering of the knife are also found on the reverse of the main blade (the knives are numbered consecutively. Numbers are assigned upon receipt of the order; therefore, a specific number cannot be selected).
Since we process natural products, visual differences between the knife image and the originals are possible.
