The PUMA "eichenlaub" is a classic Nicker made of forged stainless steel. In German-speaking countries, this popular shape is also often used as a traditional costume knife for the purpose of preserving regional customs. This traditionally designed Nicker, which is particularly elaborately crafted with ornamented fittings, is forged with a crossguard and has a tang on which a textured staghorn handle with an end cap is mounted. Regardless of whether it is used as a hunting or traditional costume knife... this Nicker has appeared in our pattern books for well over a hundred years and will certainly retain its reputation as a "typically German knife" in the future.
