Functions:

Splitting firewood (batoning): The robust and durable blade is perfect for splitting firewood by so-called ‘batoning’. This involves driving the blade with a piece of wood through smaller branches or pieces of wood to quickly prepare kindling or firewood in the wilderness.

Hammer function with the back of the blade: The robust back of the blade can be used as a makeshift hammer, e.g. for hammering in tent pegs or crushing nuts. This versatile use makes the knife an indispensable tool in any outdoor situation.

Der Name ist Programm

Ein Messer für die groben Aufgaben bei der Jagd. Die Beilschneide überzeugt bei der Herstellung von kleinen Anmachholz.Die große Schneide zum schneiden,Stangen schlagen und Abfangen.Nutzt man die Klinge ganz vorne sind auch kleine,feine, Arbeiten möglich.
Ich werde es bei der Elchjagd in Schweden einsetzen, anstelle meines Beils.In Verbindung mit einer Silky Säge sollte das sehr gut funktionieren und mein Kaffee ist gesichert auf dem Stand.
Die Aussage oben, basiert auf eigene Teste mit dem Keiler.Ich würde mir einen Holzgriff wünschen.Er ist nicht ganz so glatt und das Messer bekommt dafür etwas mehr Emotion.
