Product description

Diamond grinding wheel for Tormek T-4. Availability may vary depending on the market.

The Tormek DF-200 Diamond Wheel Fine is the ultimate all-round grinding wheel, combining high material removal rates with a fine grinding surface. The wheel has a grit size of 600, making it both effective and capable of producing a fine surface finish.

  • Effective material removal combined with a fine surface finish.
  • Constant shape, always retains the same diameter.
  • Grinding all types of steel and ceramics.
  • They allow grinding on the side of the disc, thus ensuring a completely smooth grinding chamfer.
  • Exceptional durability with the world's hardest abrasive: diamond.

One grinding wheel for all materials

This diamond wheel can be used to grind almost all materials, including steel, ceramic, and carbide. The DF-200 Diamond Wheel Fine is suitable for the Tormek T-4 Original, Tormek T-4 Bushcraft, Tormek T-3, and older models with a 200 mm diameter grinding wheel.

Simplifies repeated grinding

All Tormek diamond grinding wheels offer exceptional durability and consistent grinding performance, meaning they always remain round, smooth, and maintain their full diameter. This is advantageous for users who frequently sharpen the same tools, as it simplifies setup and sharpening.

Maintaining a completely flat grinding chamfer

Thanks to its consistent shape, sharpening can be performed either on the side of the disc or on its top surface. Side sharpening is ideal for smaller tools such as knives, chisels, carving gouges, and whetstones. The result is an edge with a completely flat bevel instead of a slightly concave shape.
