Product description
Diamond grinding wheel for Tormek T-4. Availability may vary by market.
The DC-200 Diamond Wheel Coarse was developed for sharpening and quickly restoring dull edges. With a grit size of 360 grit, the diamond wheel has a high material removal rate and is particularly useful when shaping a tool.
- High material removal rate for repairing or reshaping edges.
- Consistent shape, always maintaining the same diameter.
- Sharpens all types of steel and ceramic.
- Allows sharpening on the side of the wheel, ensuring a completely flat bevel.
- Exceptional durability with the hardest abrasive in the world: diamond.
A grinding wheel for all materials
This diamond wheel can sharpen most materials, including steel, ceramic, and carbide. The DC-200 Diamond Wheel Coarse is suitable for the Tormek T-4 original, Tormek T-4 Bushcraft, Tormek T-3, as well as older models with a 200 mm diameter grinding wheel.
Simplifies repetitive sharpening
All Tormek diamond grinding wheels feature exceptional durability and consistent sharpening performance, meaning they always remain round, smooth, and retain their full diameter. This is advantageous for users who frequently sharpen the same tools, as it simplifies setup and sharpening.
Achieving a completely flat bevel
Thanks to its consistent shape, it is possible to sharpen either on the side of the wheel or on its top surface. Sharpening on the side is perfect for smaller tools such as knives, chisels, carving gouges, and V-gouges. The result is an edge with a completely flat bevel instead of a slightly concave shape.
For sharpening on the side of diamond wheels, we recommend using the MB-100 Multi-Base in conjunction with the jig designed for your specific tool. Both the base and the jigs provide support and control throughout the sharpening process.
