Product description
These two EDC knives, the Mach1 and the Sonic, were designed by Bob Carpenter, owner of the Puma Knife Company USA. The PUMA SGB Sonic and Mach1 feature a high-performance 1.4116 steel blade that opens and closes impressively smoothly thanks to the ceramic ball bearing. The blades are hardened to a Rockwell hardness of 55-57 and bear the Rockwell assay mark. The handles consist of solid 2.7 mm carbon fiber scales mounted on a stainless steel frame. The edges of the scales are CNC-machined for added texture and grip. The Sonic model has a classic beveled PUMA clip-point blade, while the SGB Mach1 is equipped with a modified drop-point blade. A liner lock secures both blades.
What makes the SGB series special is that each knife is equipped with German 1.4116 blade steel. This allows us to guarantee excellent quality.
