Product description

The "saubart" model is a handy and short, yet very strong knife with a full tang construction for universal use - from PUMA Solingen.

Our PUMA Saubart knife has been awarded Hunting Knife of the Year. This honor fills us with pride and is a recognition of the quality and craftsmanship that goes into every one of our products. We would like to sincerely thank you all for your support and positive feedback. Your passion for high-quality tools motivates us to continue delivering top performance in the future.

The PUMA “saubart” offers the user many advantages through the following features:

The blade material is made of stainless Sandvik steel 14C28N, which achieves a Rockwell hardness of 60-62 HRC, giving the knife a high edge retention.
The new blade shape, previously tested by hunters, allows for the use of the entire cutting surface. The spine of the blade also features a beveled edge. With a blade length of 100 mm and a thickness of 3 mm, the knife is compact and practical to handle. Thanks to its full tang construction, the "saubart" is also very robust. Pakkawood was chosen for the handle scales. This laminated and hardened material is both highly durable and warp-resistant. The pronounced finger grooves, combined with the sturdy nickel silver bolster, ensure a secure grip when working with this high-quality PUMA knife. A black saddle leather sheath is included for safe carrying and transport.

Since we process natural products, variations in color and structure are possible - each knife is unique.
