The oilstones are mined from rock in the Ouachita Mountains/Arkansas. The unique structure of novaculite ensures that Arkansas oilstones with their grits are extremely wear-resistant and, unlike other wet sharpening stones, never need to be dressed or planed. Perfect for sharpening knives and other tools. The small, handy sharpening stone comes in a plastic case. Delivery without holder.
