Product description
Anyone who loves our Model 117081 "ben" will also love the PUMA "olo." The "ben," which served as its inspiration, is a design by Olaf Zwätz and emerged as the winner of a joint design competition with "Messer Magazin" (Knife Magazine). The PUMA olo is a beautifully shaped and highly functional outdoor knife, distinguished by its high-quality materials, well-thought-out construction, and striking appearance. Designed for intensive use in the great outdoors, it proves to be a reliable companion for camping adventures, bushcraft activities, or demanding tours in rough terrain. The handle scales are made of robust black Micarta, which not only feels comfortable in the hand but also provides a secure grip even under the most adverse conditions. The red fiber inlay gives the knife a distinctive contrast and simultaneously provides additional stability. The full-tang blade is made of high-performance CPM S90V stainless steel – one of the best powder metallurgy steels, known for its exceptional edge retention, corrosion resistance, and a hardness of 60 to 62 HRC. Whether carving, cutting, splitting, or performing other outdoor tasks, the PUMA olo performs at its best in every situation. For safe transport, it comes with a custom-fit Kydex sheath featuring a detachable belt loop, offering versatile carrying options – stable, flexible, and adjustable. When hands-free work is required, the PUMA olo can also be worn as a neck knife. With its combination of aesthetics, performance, and durability, the PUMA olo is a true tool for adventurers – made for people who love the outdoors.
As an alternative to the Kydex sheath, the optional item 997081 (brown saddle leather sheath) also fits, see also item 117081 PUMA ben .
