Product description
We proudly present the PUMA nimrod, Hirschhorn, a special edition limited to 255 pieces to celebrate the 255th anniversary . Each knife is handcrafted in Solingen and numbered, making it an exclusive collector's item.
The PUMA nimrod, originally manufactured from 1981 to 1989, is not only a timeless masterpiece but also a significant piece of knife history. Under the direction of bloodhound handler Fisseler, the nimrod actually shared the same blade as the hunting knife developed by OFM Frevert. However, a subtle, ergonomic adjustment was made to the handle shape, giving the nimrod its unique feel.
The key difference between the two models lies in the nickel silver guard. The PUMA nimrod presents itself as a hunting knife for big game, combining tradition and functionality while also focusing on the user's needs.
The PUMA Nimrod embodies first-class craftsmanship and the values that PUMA has stood for for over two centuries. The high-quality steel blade offers outstanding performance, while the selected staghorn handle scales lend the knife a special elegance.
The handle design is a tribute to tradition and elegance. Every detail has been carefully considered to create a knife of unparalleled quality and function.
Included in the delivery are a handmade leather sheath, a certificate, and a high-quality, decorative wooden box.
Since we process natural products, variations in color and structure are possible - each knife is unique.
