Product description
PUMA Jagdnicker designed by Frevert – A Classic with History and Character
The Jagdnicker designed by Walter Frevert is a true piece of hunting history. Developed in the middle of the last century by head forester Frevert, this model has stood for decades for reliability, functionality, and craftsmanship from Germany.
With its compact form and extremely robust blade, the Jagdnicker is not only suitable for dressing game but also for all tasks in the hunting ground. The stable point section of the blade ensures effective work while providing safety.
The handle scales made of genuine staghorn not only offer a classic look but also a non-slip grip in any weather. The bolsters made of nickel silver complete the high-quality appearance and provide additional stability and protection.

Frequently Asked Questions from Our Customers
Can I legally carry this knife?
Since it is a fixed blade knife with a blade length over 12 cm, it is generally subject to the carrying prohibition under §42a WaffG – unless there is a legitimate interest such as hunting, forestry work, or traditional events. It may, of course, be carried in the hunting ground.
Is the leather sheath secure?
Yes – it has two securing straps with snap fasteners that hold the knife firmly in the sheath even during movement.
Is the knife also suitable for fine work?
Despite its robust design, the blade geometry also allows for controlled cutting – ideal for all tasks in the hunting ground.
Is the knife a genuine Solingen product?
Yes – the model is manufactured entirely in Germany at the Solingen location, with the highest precision in proven PUMA quality.
