The robust blade is made of high-quality Damasteel DS93X (approximately 128 layers) and displays a striking Damascus pattern that runs through the entire tang – a clear indication of full-tang construction and the highest level of craftsmanship. The handle scales are made of stabilized fossilized mammoth molar with distinctive dark veins and gold-colored inclusions. Sourced from Ice Age fossils, this material is approximately 10,000 to 50,000 years old – a fascinating piece of natural history that makes each knife an absolute original. A wide, serrated bolster ensures a secure grip, even under heavy use. The sturdy lanyard hole at the end of the handle completes the powerful overall design.
