Product description

The PUMA budding knife is a specialized cutting tool used professionally in horticulture, nurseries, and home gardens for grafting plants. The folding blade features an exceptionally sharp edge and a "tongue" at the front of the blade spine, which acts as a bark remover. Budding involves inserting a bud from a scion into a rootstock. The blade tip is therefore adapted to different plant types. The knife is ideal for working with fruit trees or roses, and also for scoring or peeling bark. With its stainless steel blade and durable ABS plastic handle, the PUMA budding knife is the perfect cutting tool for precise grafting work.

Applications: Grafting plants, working on fruit trees or roses, and carving sticks

High cutting power thanks to a sharp, straight stainless steel blade with a single-bevel edge for precise cuts. Extremely robust and durable steel with a hardness of 58 HRC. Long lifespan, easy cleaning with running water, and convenient storage in a trouser or jacket pocket.
