Your voucher will be provided digitally via email – free of charge. For payments made in advance , the voucher will only be sent after payment has been received and the full amount has been credited to our account.

For a stylish presentation, we provide a free printable template . Please note: This is only a template . The actual voucher will be sent digitally via email with a unique voucher code (discount code).

The voucher code sent via email must be manually entered into the print template before you print and give it as a gift.

Voucher terms and conditions (general terms and conditions)

The following information applies to the purchase and use of our vouchers and supplements the general terms and conditions.

1. Type of voucher & delivery

• It is a digital voucher that will be delivered via email.
• If you select prepayment as your payment method, delivery will only take place after payment has been received .
• We do not ship via postal service. There are no shipping costs .

2. Redemption

• The voucher can only be redeemed in the online shop and in our factory outlet .
• To redeem the voucher, enter the voucher code at checkout.
• Generally, only one voucher code can be redeemed per order, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

3. Validity

• Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase (statutory limitation period, end of year applies).

4. Remaining balance

• Any unused credit will be retained and can be redeemed with a later order.

5. Payout & Cancellation

• A cash payout of the voucher value is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
• In case of cancellation, the statutory provisions apply. Vouchers that have already been redeemed can only be refunded within the legal framework.

6. Transferability & Liability

• Vouchers are transferable .
• We accept no liability for loss, theft or unauthorized use of the voucher code, to the extent permitted by law.
• In case of misuse, we reserve the right to block vouchers.

7. Restrictions

• Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other vouchers unless otherwise stated.
• A combination with other discount promotions may be excluded.
