Your voucher will be provided digitally by email – with no shipping costs. If you pay by prepayment, the voucher will only be sent after receipt of payment, once the full amount has been credited to our account.

Print template for personal handover

For a stylish handover, we provide you with a free print template. Please note: This is only a template. The actual voucher will be sent digitally by email with an individual voucher code (discount code).

The voucher code sent by email must be manually entered into the print template before you print it out and give it as a gift.

Voucher conditions (GTC notes)

The following notes apply to the purchase and use of our vouchers and supplement the general terms and conditions.

1. Type of voucher & delivery

• This is a digital voucher that will be delivered by email.
• If you select prepayment as the payment method, delivery will only take place after receipt of payment.
• There will be no postal delivery. There are no shipping costs.

2. Redemption

• The voucher can be redeemed exclusively in the online shop and in our factory outlet.
• To redeem, the voucher code is entered at checkout.
• Usually, one voucher code can be redeemed per order, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

3. Validity

• Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase (statutory limitation period, end of the year is decisive).

4. Remaining credit

• Unused credit remains and can be redeemed with a later order.

5. Payout & Cancellation

• A payout of the voucher value is excluded, as far as legally permissible.
• In case of cancellation, the statutory provisions apply. Vouchers that have already been redeemed can only be reversed within the legal framework.

6. Transferability & Liability

• Vouchers are transferable.
• We accept no liability for loss, theft or unauthorized use of the voucher code, as far as legally permissible.
• In case of misuse, we reserve the right to block vouchers.

7. Restrictions

• Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other vouchers, unless otherwise stated.
• A combination with other discount promotions may be excluded.
