This modern classic is a fully-fledged survival knife , capable of handling any challenge in the wilderness thanks to its versatility. Whether building a shelter, hunting, dispatching or skinning game, or preparing meals – the German Expedition Knife (GEK) delivers across the board. The thoughtfully designed blade shape, based on Tony Lennartz 's extensive experience, makes the GEK a proven all-purpose tool that has already proven itself thousands of times in practical use. Developed by Tony Lennartz, the German Expedition Knife is crafted from the new, edge-retaining, high-performance NitroX7 steel, which, thanks to its fine grain structure and high corrosion resistance, offers optimal performance for all tasks. The satin finish also provides an attractive appearance. The ergonomic handle design with its skeletonized construction and replaceable G10 scales guarantees a secure grip. A striking pommel in the end of the handle further expands its range of applications. The PUMA GEK comes with a high-quality black leather sheath. GEK models are consecutively numbered.

Puma classics are created
Production at the PUMA factory is being switched to functional hunting, fishing, leisure and sports knives.

Hiepass-Aryus family
Businessman H. Hiepass-Aryus takes over management and moves into the modern headquarters in the Solingen district of "Aufderhöhe".
