Product description
The PUMA Fish Knife is the ideal filleting knife for anyone who expects the highest precision and reliability when filleting fish. Thanks to its wide, sturdy blade, this fish knife is particularly well-suited for larger fish and demanding filleting tasks. The blade combines the flexibility needed for precise cuts with high stability.
The ergonomically shaped, non-slip handle provides a secure grip even when wet and ensures optimal control at all times. Its robust construction makes the PUMA fish knife exceptionally durable and resilient. Whether you’re fishing, cooking outdoors, or in your home kitchen—this high-quality filleting knife is the perfect companion for cleanly filleting edible fish.
Since sharpness, edge retention, and corrosion resistance also play a crucial role, the polished blades of our knives are made of German kitchen knife steel in accordance with DIN WN 1.4116 (X50CrMoV15).
The blue handles, made of high-quality, acid-resistant “polypropylene” plastic, are seamlessly injection-molded onto the tang—as is standard for professional kitchen cutting tools for hygienic reasons. Made in Solingen!
