Camellia Oil for the Care of Tools, Knives, Metal, and Wood
Chinese camellia oil forms a thin, non-resinous protective layer on all metal surfaces. It protects tools, knives, and other metal objects from corrosion.
Food-safe:
Since it is a plant-based and non-toxic oil, it is ideal for use on kitchen utensils, cutlery, surfaces that come into contact with food, and even wooden cutting boards.
Directions:
Clean knives with water and let them dry. Apply a few drops to a soft cloth and spread a thin layer over the blade or wooden parts. Spread any excess evenly and wipe off if necessary.
