Terms and Conditions for the "70 Years PUMA White Hunter" Giveaway
1. Organizer
The organizer is PUMA GmbH IP Solingen, An den Eichen 20–22, 42699 Solingen (hereinafter "PUMA"). This sweepstakes is in no way associated with Gunfinder, Geartester, Meta, Google, or any other platforms and is not sponsored or supported by them in any way.
2. Campaign Period and Draw Rounds
The sweepstakes runs from 08.10.2026, 00:00, to 30.11.2026, 00:00 (German time). It is divided into weekly rounds. Each round ends at 00:00 on the night between Sunday and Monday; the following round begins immediately afterward. The first round runs from 08.10.2026 to 12.10.2026, 00:00. There will be a total of eight rounds. The time of order receipt in the shop is decisive.
3. Participation
Participation is open to anyone who places an order via www.pumaknives.de during the period of a round. There is no minimum order value. Each order counts as one entry for the respective round. Separate registration is not necessary. Orders that are canceled or revoked before the draw will not participate.
4. Eligibility to Participate
Eligible for participation are natural persons aged 18 or older with a residence and delivery address in a member state of the European Union. Employees of PUMA and affiliated companies, as well as their relatives, are excluded, as are orders from dealers and resellers.
5. Prize
One PUMA White Hunter with staghorn scales (item no. 116375) will be raffled off per round. A cash payment, exchange, or transfer of the prize to third parties is not possible.
6. Draw, Notification, and Shipping
The draw will take place within 7 days after the end of the respective round by random selection from all valid orders of that round. The winner will be notified by email at the address provided during the order. If they do not respond within 14 days, the prize is forfeited and PUMA will conduct a new draw. Shipping is free of charge to the delivery address of the order. If possession or importation of the prize is prohibited under the laws of the recipient's country, PUMA cannot ship the prize; in this case, no substitute or cash payment will be provided.
7. Publication
Winners will only be published with their express consent, e.g., with their first name and the first letter of their surname.
8. Premature Termination
PUMA may terminate or modify the sweepstakes in whole or in part for good cause, such as technical issues, suspicion of manipulation, or legal reasons. Participants may be excluded for attempted manipulation, even retroactively.
9. Data Protection
For the sweepstakes, PUMA uses exclusively the data from the order (name, email, delivery address). The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. Data will only be passed on to the shipping service provider as necessary for the delivery of the prize and will be deleted after processing, provided there are no legal storage obligations. 10. Final Provisions
German law applies. Should individual provisions be invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
