We are pleased to present our new and modern information center, showcasing our diverse range of knives spanning nearly 100 years of knife history, in an area of ​​approximately 70 square meters. Whether you're interested in antique collector's items from the past or the modern world of knives today, our large display wall offers an impressive glimpse into the past. The "Horl" knife sharpener demonstration unit provides a clear and engaging explanation of how to sharpen knives.

From a comfortable and spacious seating area, visitors have a direct view of the multimedia wall, featuring videos about knives. They also have a good view of the display cases on the left, showcasing selected exhibits.
